Geology-208 |
Geology 208 (Geology of the Pacific Northwest) is taught by Rob Viens at Bellevue Community College, Bellevue, Washington. In the summer, students meet three times each week, for up to 4 hours a day. Twice weekly they hear lectures and perform labs, reserving one day a week and one weekend a quarter to travel to geologically-rich locations where students can apply what they have learned in class.
A concentrated yet exciting schedule of this program is contained in the Lecture Syllabus.
Required texts and materials are available at the college bookstore.
